Our Founder, CEO & Teacher
Kinji R W Ridley, MBA, better known as "The Wealth Builder" is an Accountant, Licensed Financial & Investment Advisor, Certified Financial Educator, Financial Therapist and the Managing Partner of Community Solutions Financial. Kinji has been providing financial advising & services for over 25 years and is rated by LinkedIn as one of Philadelphia’s Top Financial Advisors. Kinji has assisted hundreds of individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through a hands-on, no-pressure, comprehensive approach. Kinji has also been an College Administrator and Adult Educator for over 15 yrs, instructing hundreds in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy.
Our Chief Academic Officer & Teacher
Ms. Chrisheena Lynne, M.Ed. better known as “The Butterfly Queen” is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Educational Consultant & Mentor as well as the Founder of I See You Mentoring, a local Nonprofit in Delaware County PA.
Chrisheena has her B.A. in Psychology from Neumann University and her Master’s in Counseling in Education from Wilmington University.
She’s served in numerous Executive positions including the President of Operations for the Delco Sports Club, the parent organization of the Delco Desperados Professional Basketball team of the American Basketball Association.
Chrisheena wants everyone she comes into contact with to feel confident enough to live a life of purpose on purpose & to be reminded that God Sees Them!
Our Bursars Office Director
Ms. Ramona Boyd has over 35 years of corporate experience as an administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in America. She has also served as an administrative assistant for numerous other organizations from non-profits to churches.
Ramona became the caregiver of her elderly parents and developed a passion for helping those in need. From this passion, she Founded Agape Love Caregiving Services; a local non-profit that supports the caregiver.
Ramona believes in service to others and attention to detail. So much so, she started her own accessory business called Bedazzle Gems where her slogan is Dare to Be Different!
